The bee is drawn with meticulous attention to anatomical detail - its fuzzy body, delicate wings, compound eyes, and segmented legs are all carefully rendered. This naturalistic approach contrasts sharply with the surrounding geometric elements, creating a tension between the organic and the constructed. Scattered throughout the composition are various collected items represented as both realistic objects and geometric fragments. Small spherical forms float around the composition like a constellation of gathered treasures. These elements suggest the methodical, almost compulsive nature of collection.
