The central area features Lo's characteristic geometric fragmentation, but here it's interwoven with distinctly natural elements. There are detailed renderings of what appear to be seed pods, feathers, plant stems, and organic forms that contrast beautifully with the angular geometric sections. This combination creates a visual dialogue between the structured and the natural, the cultivated and the wild. The feathers are particularly striking - rendered with careful attention to their delicate structure and natural curves, they seem to float through the composition alongside the more rigid geometric forms. Various botanical elements - stems, seed heads, and what might be fruits or nuts - are scattered throughout, suggesting the diverse responsibilities and activities involved in caretaking.
