Chinatown in the 1960’s was a vibrant neighborhood located on the South Side of Chicago, primarily along South Wentworth Avenue between Cermak Road and West 26th Street. Home to over a third of the city's Chinese population, it stands as one of the largest and most significant Chinese-American communities in the United States. On Leung Tong is an iconic building anchoring the neighborhood.
